K-Klean Window Cleaning Terms & Conditions

K-Klean Window Cleaning will be referred to as KK throughout our terms & conditions.

  1. By accepting our services, you agree to be bound by KK Terms & Conditions.
  2. If you have booked one of our services, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel.
  3. To clean at the rear of your property KK staff need access, so gate/other access points must be unlocked. If you’re not going be home and do not wish to leave your access point unsecure, we can clean the front only. Please give 24 hours notice if this is the case. 
  4. Payment must be made within 5 days from the date of clean. Payment can be made via, BACS or cash. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment reaches KK by the payment deadline.
  5. We take Health & Safety very seriously and request that small children and pets are kept inside whilst we clean your property. We aim to clean all windows, including hard to reach, but from time-to-time it can be too unsafe for us attempt to clean very hard to reach windows. We will discuss this with you directly as required.
  6. Could you please ensure that the ground is free of dog mess to avoid contaminating our equipment and staff. 
  7. We will not be held responsible for damage caused by inadequately sealed windows, for example conservatories, windows left open prior to cleaning or poorly maintained frames.
  8. KK are fully insured under our Public Liability Insurance Policy.
  9. We reserve the right to increase our charges annually if needed.
